At LA Scale Model, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
